Terms of Service
Effective date: 20 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of FP Meta Hub (the “Platform”), operated by First Page Australia (“First Page”, “we”, “us”). The Platform is an internal business tool for First Page team members and, through limited shareable links, for clients of First Page. By accessing the Platform you agree to these Terms.
1. Access and accounts
- Platform accounts are available only to authorised First Page team members via company Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it.
- Clients do not hold accounts. Clients access specific documents (such as media plans, creative reviews, and reports) via unique links we share with them. Client links are confidential; recipients must not forward them to third parties.
- We may suspend or revoke access at any time to protect the Platform or its data.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Platform only for legitimate First Page business purposes.
- Do not attempt to access data of clients you are not authorised to work on, probe or circumvent security controls, or misuse credentials or tokens held by the Platform.
- Advertising actions performed through the Platform must comply with applicable law and the advertising policies of the relevant platforms (including Meta’s Advertising Standards).
3. Client materials and approvals
Materials clients provide (brand assets, business information) remain the property of the relevant client and are used solely to deliver the services they have engaged First Page for. Approvals, consents, and feedback recorded through client links (including approval of media plans, creatives, and use of Meta creative enhancements) are treated as authoritative instructions from the client’s nominated approvers.
4. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, and its software are the property of First Page or its licensors. Deliverables produced for a client (media plans, creatives, reports) are governed by the service agreement between First Page and that client.
5. Third-party services
The Platform integrates third-party services, including Meta’s Marketing API, Google sign-in, cloud hosting and storage, and AI providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control. Campaign data shown in the Platform is sourced from advertising platforms and may lag or differ from the figures shown natively in those platforms.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis for internal business use. Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, and information in the Platform (including AI-assisted drafts and analyses) requires human review before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Page excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or modify or discontinue the Platform at any time. The current Terms will always be available at this page, with the effective date shown above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
